Order for PasayTemperature-sensitive cake handling
- Fragile and frosted cakes require a car courier (Lalamove, Grab Car or similar). Motorcycles are allowed only for breads and boxed pastries.
- Keep the cake flat on the car floor, never on the seat, with the air-conditioning running.
- Refrigerate within 30 minutes of arrival. Bring to room temperature for 15–20 minutes before slicing.
- Open the box from the top; do not tilt. Report any damage with a photo within 1 hour so we can help.
Pasay delivery FAQs
What is the order cutoff for Pasay delivery?
Orders placed by 2:00 PM are scheduled for the next bake day. We bake and deliver Tuesday to Saturday; we are closed Sunday and Monday.
Who pays the courier fee?
The courier fee is paid directly to the rider on delivery. The amounts shown are typical estimates; the app fare at booking time is final.
Can I pick up instead of booking a courier?
Yes. Pasay customers may pick up at our commissary during bake-day hours; the exact pin is sent with your order confirmation.
Do you deliver to NAIA for travelling guests?
Yes, as long as someone can receive the box at the terminal drop-off area. Allow extra time for airport traffic.
