Meet Chef Abby

Chef Abby Cañedo-Guillermo in her chef's whites and toque

Chef Avegail “Abby” Cañedo-Guillermo founded Table of Manna to share her well-rounded craft — patisserie and bread alongside a hot kitchen of roasts, pastas, seafood and dishes from many culinary traditions — with tables across Metro Manila.

A graduate of Academy Asia School of Technology and the Arts, she earned a bronze medal at the Philippine Culinary Cup (WOFEX).
