Delivery & Pickup Policy

We bake in Pasay City and deliver across Greater Metro Manila.

1. Schedule

Bake and dispatch days are Tuesday to Saturday. Order before 2:00 PM for next-bake-day dispatch. Closed Sunday and Monday.

2. Options

Pasay commissary pickup; bazaar pre-order pickup at our booth; store-dispatched courier; or a courier you book yourself (GrabExpress/Lalamove).

3. Courier fees

Courier fees are not included in your online payment and are paid directly to the rider on delivery, based on distance. Estimates are shown on each delivery area page.

4. Fragile cakes

Decorated, tiered and fragile cakes travel by car courier only to protect them. Motorcycle delivery is not available for these items.

5. Receiving your order

Please ensure someone is available at the address. Inspect items on arrival and refrigerate as instructed. Report issues within 2 hours (see Refund Policy).
