Cake handling guidelines
- Fragile and frosted cakes require a car courier (Lalamove, Grab Car or similar). Motorcycles are allowed only for breads and boxed pastries.
- Keep the cake flat on the car floor, never on the seat, with the air-conditioning running.
- Refrigerate within 30 minutes of arrival. Bring to room temperature for 15–20 minutes before slicing.
- Open the box from the top; do not tilt. Report any damage with a photo within 1 hour so we can help.
